I like your home gym , impressive . I still think I can beat you in a race ha ha . All eyes are on him now . And I think I see , He was marathon runner 1Rst , doing that enhanced his Lungs & heart . And second [ watch his lifts] He works on his flexibility . Question do YOU do any flexibility training such as stretches and what not . ? And do I dare say yoga ?

Pretty similar workouts every day, I like to do bench press, pullups, lateral raises almost every day, squats/deadlifts or similar every other day, or third day, and then do arm isolations one day and leg isolations the next, roughly. Recovery-wise, I just take a day off If I feel like I need it, skip exercises/lower volume or intensity if I need to, and get some cardio and sleep well. I'm not really at a point where I need to approach my training with a lot of diligence to get gains, so I haven't buckled down and laid out a real training plan.

Highly recommend the reverse table top pose to stretch out the shoulders/rotator cuffs to balance out all of the heavy pushing that you're doing 🤘 There's often a focus on pushing volume vs pulling volume to "balance" out the training but if we're talking about rotator cuff health, what's even more important and neglected is actually: internal rotation vs external rotation.
Deep squats in jeans is badass. Keep it up!
You should consider anchoring the rack down.
So jealous of your weights. Hardcore af bro

very strong old man
Right on man. Keep it up. I need to get an independent rack like that so I can stop benching and squatting on my smith machine😵💫
Like your channel! Simple and to the point without the fluff ... Good stuff
We love some bench press!
How is this in any way important enough to document for public consumption?
How long have you been training for? Im in highschool and im tryna be like you someday
I’m pushing 60 just got done working out in my home gym. Keep up the good work.👍
Oh this channel is going to blow up so soon. I just know it.
For a moment passed out and continued working XD
Nice set. I'll pray for that weight someday
You don't have any leg drive on your bench. If you did, your numbers would go up.
I like your nordic variation with the band. Will incorporate that. Good stuff.
I see them leaves on the ground it's the perfect time of year for us outdoor gym guys! Respect brother 👊
Power and set up looks raw. Different feel
Are you keeping your back straight when deadlifting?
I have a slightly rounded thorasic spine (upper back) If you are trained for it, it's safe. freaks a lot of people out though.
Thanks for the advice, great content
Those r real weights not that shitty rubbery shit u find in the local gyms today.
Keep it going............... no gym too rough - no muff too tough
Like the hardcore, no frills workout. Crush it man !!
Rust?
Yes.
Those triceps extensions were no joke! Nicely done.
Thanks!

It's not about the area. It is all about the workout. I just do the same thing anywhere you can!
Bro is living the life.
I sub close-grip bench press for skull crushers .
Why not both?
@BenchPressGuy-uz6gw I can use more weight on the close grips, and it's easier to position for them.I like triceps pushdowns ,if I'm at a gym .
Nice yard setup! I’d be worried about losing a lift and smashing the cooler unit off to the left😂
Yeah, I'm always worried about that too.

I don't have any plans to compete right now, but I'm sure the powerlifting bug will bite me eventually.
video dark..is it night?
really early in the morning.
Awesome dip station. 👍

How often do you bench press
I try to bench every day, but if I feel I need some recovery I take a day off.
Great job 👍.
Thanks!
