I had this played at my mothers funeral, it was her favourite song. So many people asked me who this song was by. A truly uplifting song. My darling brother didn't even know this was her favourite song. Sad, nasty bastard. I hope he's found a husband. Anyway, truly uplifting song❤❤ .

I saw Yes play this when I was 17 years old when the album came out in 1977. It was the third time that I saw Yes. But this version of Awaken is simply the best version I have ever seen or heard. I'm so happy that this was videotaped. It is so powerful.

One of the best songs ever with a perfect arrangement with this orchester! Wish I would had a chance to join this gig personally...

I’m one of only a handful of people to see and hear Jon sing the “sound like a signal from You” at Tait Towers in Lititz Pa. in 1989 July during the ABWH rehearsals. Rick Wakeman provided simple C major root chording with a choral/string patch; my wife and I almost passed out!! lol… just amazing and SUPER RARE. I am blessed not only to have witnessed this along with the several talks Jon and I had over a 5 day period, but also to have had my wife and one year old daughter with me. So many memories; gives me tears as I type. God bless Jon Anderson; “just another” one of Gods messengers 🙏

As a fellow bass player, marvelous... but, bass players seldom get their due and respect... Ive seen it for decades... Any live performances ive seen and wven in videos, bass players barely get seen... Even the gre❤at bass players like Chris Squire, Geddy Lee, yourself here in this video... i would say the world is out against us... bass players are of the reverse axiom of children... whereas bass players should be heard but not seen... But i did enjoy your performance here... Thankyou for checking comments and making yourself accessible to we the admirers of your work...

If you don't get Goose-bumps, tears in your eyes, & have difficulty speaking during the last 4 movements of this powerful song you're not human & have no soul. Yes was the music I listened to during my formative years of High School & College. If God ever grants me a do-over, please let it be just those years.
