I have a pretty good computer but I personally always use 60 fps for obbies. I'm super used to 60 fps and its physics and timings, and it doesn't feel choppy to me. I'm aware i could be way better with a higher fps but thats part of the reason I don't want to swtich. Feels invalidating in a way, almost like cheating.

one thing i've noticed with jumps at higher fps too i do not know if this is entirely how it works, BUT on the contrary, when you have below 10 fps, other people can see you moving much slower, and my theory as to why is because there are only (in this example) 10 frames a second inputting your actual physics in game with 60+ fps, you might also move very slightly faster due to the fact that there are more frames than 60 fps and by that logic, 60 fps would move a little bit slower than 240 fps thus making literally any jump with motion slightly easier AGAIN, this is just a theory, i have not done any testing to see if this might be true

i've been using 60fps for my entire roblox obbying career. i only tried 120 fps once in a few stages of a difficulty chart obby. if a 120fps and a 60fps player beat a tower at the same time, would there be a debate on who is actually better at the game?

I have done a few wallhops on mobile in the tower of inferno galore. 60fps would hurt me while I do wallhops. Tower of inferno galore is not on the top towers list.

I think fps mainly affects more on purism obbies than client object obbies, because even if you use 60 fps on client object obbies such as coiv it doesn't make much difference since the raw gp has easy jumps for the most part, but if you use 60 fps on towers like tobf it's affects alot considering the fact that the raw gp mostly contains of hard jumps that should be timed perfectly
