it's so cool
this rocks but it gets in the way of the crosshair and i would NOT use it in comp but very good still very weighty
My only critique is that when they insert the shell into the chamber, the shell is glued to their hand where if we did that in real life that shell would’ve fell out of the fingers. Give it a bit more support, other than that really good, reminds me of Modern Warfare but a bit more snappy and stylised.

@@ethanbear360 Well there's also the vanilla hands but with the HD Pack styled sleeves mod.
You need to downscale the cuffs of Gordon's sleeves. They clip into each other like crazy, especially with the Glock.

Tacticool reloads dont fit with half life. Maybe it will fit in adrian's case, but not gordon. He's just an average scientist in the wrong place and time
It's funny to me when people refer to Gordon as an "average scientist" when the dude mows down elite military squads and hostile aliens for the entire game lol
@@David-ki2xt Canonically we don't know if Gordon is even that good of a shot though, it's all decided by the player whether he's a headshotting god or a clumsy little goof. The HEV suit is also worth mentioning because it acts as a big defensive (and maybe offensive too because auto-aim) crutch for Gordon. I think he's probably had basic firearms training in case of emergencies at Black Mesa but nothing that would allow him to perform these perfect tactical reloads. Gordon's potential incompetence at handling weapons was even slightly acknowledged by Valve (or Gearbox I guess) as Adrian's reload animations for certain weapons in Opposing Force are a bit more refined compared to Gordon's.
@@David-ki2xt you forgot that he had the HEV features helping him on his journey. The auto aim and the amount of morphine that's been injected to him by the HEV suit. Without the suit, he probably wouldn't even survive the resonance cascade like eli mentioned and even if he did, he probably wouldn't get as far as the power up chapter

the realism on the shotgun tho, the struggle with the shells going in is so cool, would be nice if he held down the button on the side for that extra realism
