Doing this every day for a week I’ll keep updating Day 1: did it can see much Cus I just started and a bit hard to do✅ Day 2: same as day one but a lil bit easier to do ✅ Day 3: did it again a lil bit easier than before but still hurts✅ Day 4: very easy this time still hurts a bit but not as hard✅ Day5: ALOT easier I can see a lil better if the hourglass✅ Day6:doesn’t hurt that much and I can see the hourglass shape✅ Day7: finally day 7 it is soo easy to do and I can sort of see the hour glass but if you want to get one maybe do it for longer✅
