true but if you watch previous videos of mine you will see why I am aiming for 62. I just can't see me physically doing it that long and having any quality of retirement after. I don't have a cushy job where I can work a day here and there and still get paid like the politicians. My job has physical requirements. I have had numerous surgeries and I have slowed down a lot. No family Doctors, insane rents and property prices, people working a job and a half, two, to try and get by....sometimes I wonder if this steady decline in the standard of living of former great nations is by design when they sent all our manufacturing out of country.

I would pay the home off as fast as I could if I was in your shoes, just keep in mind, you need to still budget money each payday for up keeps etc. A lot of people in florida are doing just this because of insurance. makes me wonder if you live in Florida. If you watch too many of my videos (LOL) you will see that I am all over the place with what I want to do and where I want to go. I started my channel on a whim and it's really only for me to keep up with myself. I have been to Panama and loved it, so I may go there again, but if I am able, I want to do a lot of traveling before i decide where to 'land'. The USA is turning into a bad place to live on smaller incomes, and taxes and insurance eats up a lot. I could rant about that alone all day. I have been hesitant about the Philipines because of the lack of retired female presence there. I have found Zero retired female YT there or pretty much anywhere in the whole area. I have seen a couple interviews.. but no channels. Most are couples or men or very younguns going for adventure far beyond what I can do.

Working because I can't make ends meet & doctor's, but I don't take all the crap they give me & no way having surgery. Your right about nursing homes for the most part, but then there's people like myself who was a volunteer EMT and a CNA who did care about each & everyone of them even though some could be difficult I would buy some of them take out or cook at home and bring it to them bring them cigarettes, candy, chips. Sit in their room and get to know them talk to them. Make sure they was clean and changed, because I looked at them and thought how would I want my mom or myself treated, but for the most part you're right and if I seen anyone not doing their job I went to the office and turned them in. I had everyone writing time & date each person was changed. All & all we had a good staff. At another nursing home I worked for as a hair dresser before I became a CNA, med tech it was awful I had to turn several in & got cussed out by the nurse even. I went to get a PT to do their hair and it was right before shift change and the woman had been sitting in crap and left that way I was furious.
