Nice car. How does rear seat work and what do little latches operate?
This gives strong early 2000's TopGear vibe. Keep up the great work!
Haha cool vintage vibe.. love it, thanks!
I love my R129 too! Beautiful car....
They’re the best ❤
My hairdresser drives one.❤❤❤😊
A stylish hairdresser!
Classic car, saved at least
Saved for another year… let’s see how long I can keep it going for!
That Elon edit was gold :D I feel like you're gonna pop off
Ha cheers, always gotta drop a bit of Elon content in there!
I saw the video, the date and the amount of views. I expected pretty much nothing, but you're literally as good (better???) than my usual car videos. Absolute congrats
Woo! Thank you, what a lovely Sunday evening comment :)
First comment! You seem like a really nice person, keep going :))
Nice one, Thank you :)
started very well mate
Thank you thank you 🙏🏼
Great video for a new channel. You deserve to have thousands of subscribers with this quality of content.
We hope that'll be the case one day 🤞 thanks for being here so early on in our journey!
Ngl I expected a shitty video from a small creator, but this punches above its weight class. Some moments are a little bit over the top and some jokes don’t land, but I think you are on the right path. Congrats
Haha we're trying to start off on the right foot and avoid shitty vids! Thanks for the words encouragement ☺ Also, 'Some jokes don't land' is an iconic quote and we want to get this made into a banner for the new workshop wall 😂
Congratulations on making the courageous decision. Im here for the journey of your success. I hope your channel will grow quickly and you can do the thing you love. Cheers 🍻
Thanks for the congrats - it means a lot. We've just uploaded our latest vid if you have a couple of mins to check it out ☺

That is my dream since few years ago. I even have phobia from office work now.
I can relate to the office work phobia. I know it's easier said than done but follow your dreams - YOLO as the kids say!

Thank you! Plenty more is to come :)
I have the same issue ! Thank you for the video
Okkk.... What is the purpose of this video...hmmm??? Try and be more vague as we're practicing our mind reading skills....
this beat slaps
I have a 1994 gmc c1500 stepside, you have a very cool 😎 truck there.
how much does it cost to fix this
Hello! Sorry I didn’t reply. It is more a labour intensive thing. Took me 3-4 hours to complete properly, I’d you have all the bits, like new sealant from Mercedes. Would you like a quote from my workshop to do this job?
Congratulations on your purchase and enjoy your time in the U.S.
Hey! Thanks so much - It was a couple of years ago now, but I'm hoping to come back to the US in a few months time.
Nice truck. Mine is a 90 C1500 and I drive her 4,000 miles a month, I am ragging the truck out having to work in it, but she doesn't ever let me down, I have 2 newer Ford's broke down in the drive way lol, my 90 Chevy was supposed to be my project and she is the daily driver now.
The transmissions back then were 700R4’s in a pickup optioned like yours. It could tow a lot in 1980’s terms and was pretty dependable for the era. Throttle-body fuel injection helped with fuel economy as well as power and was an option starting in 1986 or 87 which were the last years of the square body. I had a 1989 C1500 with the Scottsdale trim with the 305 (5L) equipped with the 700R4 and could routinely get 20 or 22 mpg if I kept it around 60.
Thanks for this info, very good insight into how the trucks were built, certainly were built to last if looked after well.
Those generation GMC & Chevy fullsize pickups with the glass headlamps are rare nowadays.
Hey great first video, love the truck. I just picked a 1993 k1500 with the same interior. My head liner was also falling down, so I re did it, with a twist. keep posting, I just sub'd to your channel. Looking forward to more
HEY! Thanks so much for your comment. Would love to see pictures of your truck, I miss that lovely Red interior! Your comment has spurred me on to get all my content together and get some videos up. This week I'll get another up, I've been doing some fun bits in the UK.
@@SpidersWorkshop Thanks for the reply, you can check out a couple videos on my channel to see the truck I picked up Take it easy my friend
@@SpidersWorkshop I'm glad to hear you will be creating more content, that's awesome!
Love it! Excellent quality for the age. I have a 95 K1500 and I love it. It has only 358,000 miles on it and still drives just fine with no issues!
I live in the United States and have the exact same truck but yellow and a bench seat I want to swap out for bucket seats. And my radio is a Bluetooth. These trucks are honestly super fun to drive and make you feel powerful 😂 mine is also an 88 like yours also in amazing condition. These trucks are durable
Hi mate, just wondering how you are able to live in the US? Im British currently looking at possibly moving there, just wondering how haha
Hey pal. I don't live in the US, Just fortune to be able to travel around alot and have friends in places to store these cars!
We don't need anymore people lol, jk.
Really cool I literally bought the exact same truck same color and everything.
Ha no way! They must've made a few. Do you still have it?
Yes. Bought it about the same time you did. Crazy!
@@jeremiahg5852 oh weird! Where in the states are you?
