The lady might’ve thought you were some intruder ig, but even then she has no right to come out and start following you because then, it is literally stalking which is a crime. If you thought you were an intruder looking for a way into the school or something, she should’ve stayed inside and told some to make the school go into a soft lockdown or maybe get a security guard to ask you what are you up to nicely.
