Just what I need - a bot to help me argue with my spouse! 😜
Can a computer really handle all those "ummm, let me think" moments? 🤔

Scrolling through my feed and took a moment for me to realise you didnt mean actual clouds and this wasnt some conspiracy theory nuttyness
If an LLM/Generative AI had access to sensitive documents, I wonder if there's a world in which you could prompt it to just give you sensitive information
Certainly the companies that run these services are not keen on providing information on the internals, which sometimes have leaked through literally people asking questions about it. And people have exploited things like AI chatbots. It isn't a case of wondering if, but more a case of when it happens again. Or perhaps how often it does, and it isn't disclosed.
That's why you'd want to use open standards and big enough abstractions, and prevent yourself from the sweet sweet nuances and specific options that a lot of vendors vendorlock you in with. Or if you do, have a plan to alternatives, explicitly documented.
What the hell are they on about????

For anyone still wondering, my t-shirt has the owl logo of the original 1980s UK home computer, the BBC Micro, which represented the UK government's Computer Literacy Project. I think that alone is enough to tell you how far back my passion for computers, technology, IT and the BBC Micro goes! Thanks to Jay and the Cloud Unplugged team for this opportunity.
