Thanks for sharing your experiences of Copilot Studio! :-) Totally with you on everything you shared - The main one for me is that Copilot Studio is BUGGY, for sure. I have wasted so much time trying to get Bots / Copilots / Agents to work, thinking it's my lack of understanding when really it was the product not working as it should. The best bug we encounter recently was trying to deploy a Copilot (now called Agent) to Teams and it kept on failing over and over again. We raised a ticket with MS after losing our patience and we were told it was a known issue and if we rename the Copilot containing less than 6 characters it would work. MS eventually fixed this, but honestly though, what hope do we have when bugs like these get into production with no obvious error messages or handling. However, when Copilot Studio works, it is very impressive, but my confidence at the moment is very low. Hopefully it'll become more stable when many of the product features come out of Preview.

Hi, do you have any idea which technique I should use? For example, I am creating a Copilot in Copilot Studio, where I have multiple PDFs. At the beginning, I assign an option to choose a PDF. When I select PDF 1, I should only be able to ask questions and receive responses from that PDF until I say 'exit,' at which point I return to the initial PDF selection menu.

At the end of the video you mention about nuance and considerations: I have the use case to remove HTML from my code to send this information in an email/approval. I found the following video (ruclips.net/video/J3GgGNzsOUo/видео.html) to accomplish this, however, the action is in PREVIEW and I'm curious the strategy you recommend to convert HTML into plain text using Power Automate. I know there is a plain text function in Power Apps you can use, but not sure about using Power Automate only to accomplish this goal Appreciate your time and support

I appreciate the scale @andrewhess123 works at. Some say that the idea of Power Apps ever being accessible to a citizen developer is elusive and that basically there's just too much to know for a non developer ever to hope to grasp but Andrew presents in an approachable way and ends up producing really functional stuff often with no more than highly accessible SharePoint to further keep things within reach (for example his video on modern controls and containers). Thanks for this interview, Griffin.
