Mega moto with mild built predator 212
I would love to copy this build, do you have a list of parts? Also that speedo is dope. What brand is that?
that is sick, looks nothing like the stock 420
Appreciate it big homie!! Yeah not bad for a free big block and a lil elbow grease. Hit that sub button for ya boy, stay up!!
Sounds healthy with good tune I always pull the throttle cable out of the spring and adjust the little clip down to really stop my hesitation
Hey I appreciate it and thx for checking out the channel. Yeah I hadn’t really finished getting it 100%, I had just got it all put back together and that was the first start up. It ended up being really rowdy on that lil raskel frame. Hope you hit that sub button for ya boy
Monster moto frame?
Hey sorry for the late response, yes basically it’s a mega moto 80/105 but they are the same thing. Thanks for checking out the channel and I hope you hit that sub button
You don’t have to do any frame stretch’s or mods to fit this engine in right?
Hey sorry for the late response, no you don’t have to do anything but using an engine riser will give you clearance for a aftermarket carb as well as line the engine mounting holes up. If you already have a 212 or something larger than the 105cc that comes on these then your good. Thanks for checkin out the channel and consider hitting that sub button for ya boy
"What's one more project" shows 8 projects lmfa9a9oa
Lmao yes sir!!! Can you ever really have to many projects? Hit that sub button for ya boy if you haven’t already and thanks for checkin out the channel. Stay up brother!!!
Got a colman b200x, do I need the kit that that's separate from the engine or nah?
If the clutch lines up with your rear sprocket then no your good. These riser plates are for getting the mounting holes for your engine and frame to line up as well as your rear sprocket. Also helps when you run an after market carb with clearance. Thanks for checkin out the channel, hope you hit that sub button for ya boy
How fast does the stage 2 go??
Thanks brother. I’m not 100% on the speed, this was a customers bike. I know it was pretty rowdy tho
Sounds beautiful
Dude i have the same exact build but i use a 24mm nibbi carb, if u put a 40 on the rear then youll hit 74 (your clutch burns like crazy, if ur tires are huge)
I need some work done

What paint is on the flywheel cover??
@@dannya4584 it’s all rattle can, color is gloss jungle green
Nice build 👍🏻😎
Appreciate it bro!!!
👌
Thanks for checkin out the channel bro!!! Hope you hit that sub and bell for ya boy. Stay up!!!
fitting a TAV gonna be damn near impossible
Where’d u get the front fork?
It’s from go power sports, well I bought the suspension mega moto so they came on it but you can buy the same ones from go power sports for $100. Thanks for checkin out the channel, hope you consider hittin that sub and bell button
@@JVScustoms thank you
The venting is clean. The whole thing is beautiful. Good job.
@@CheapMechanics101 thanks brother!!! Was a free 420 off a generator that I completely rebuilt
It’s running great
best sounding exhaust on amazon
I have that brake caliber on my mega Moto It’s a door, piston and way better than the single piston
What parts you got to get
Send me the wiring setup please!!!!
How did you connect the exhaust to the pipe?
What clutch and sprocket did u use
I used a torque converter with a 60 tooth on the rear
What did you do to it?
What gear ratio do you have on that thing?
It’s got a 12 tooth clutch and 52 rear
Yezzirrr 🔥🔥🔥⛽
Appreciate it bro!!!
Im trying to do the same build could you give me a bit of a rundown for it
Thanks for checkin out the channel!! I appreciate that. Hit that sub and notification bell for ya boy. So it was a lil Chinese 110cc Tao Tao atv. All I did was pull the old engine out and swap the sprocket on the axel for a 60 tooth #35 split sprocket. Then lined up the clutch with the rear sprocket and welded on an engine plate from go power sports. The rest is just connecting everything. I kept the stock tank, used a mini bike seat etc. hardest part was getting the tires to hold air. In the future I’d like to just put a live axel kit on it with some 6” street tires and I’ll probably switch to a torque converter, just didn’t have a extra one laying around
Good shyt brosky that thing look fresh to death🔥🔥🔥🔥💯
Thanks bro!!! For real man I appreciate that. It’s a fun lil pit bike for sure. And it was free
@JVScustoms def appreciate that I'm getting my black venom 125cc out storage Tommaro gonna post a vid hopefully if it cone out right
Can u show how to install it and the remote start info 💪🏼💯🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Yeah I can do that. Give me a lil while and I’ll put one up for ya. Hope you hit that sub and bell so you know when it drops. Stay up!!
Keep up with the videos
What clutch chain and sprocket setup?
Thanks for checkin out the channel!!! Hope you hit that sub and bell for ya boy. It’s a max torque clutch #35 pitch chain with the black spring installed higher stall, 3k stall. It’s got a rlv gold on gold chain with split sprocket adapter running a 52 tooth rear sprocket and 12 on the clutch. Let me know if you wanna know anything else. It’s a fully built from top to bottom 224. Only thing stock is the block and crankshaft. I did all the head work and everything else myself. Hope this helps and stay up!!!
@@JVScustomsI'm about to buy a motovox, what tires do you recommend for the stock wheels?
@@PratherEditshey thanks for checkin out the channel!! Hope you hit that sub and bell for ya boy!! I recommend one of the bigger wheels for the front. I have the 2 piece modular 10” wheel in the front and it really helps with the twitchy. The smaller 6” wheels and really twitchy even with a steering damper. Totally changed how it rides. On the back I like running 6” slicks. If you don’t wanna go that route my second choice is any 6” wheel with some sunf street tires. I really like any of the sunf tires. Hope that helped, don’t hesitate to hit me if I can help with anything else
What paint did you use
High temp, VHT gloss black with 2k clear coat
Fuel has left the chat
what gas tank is that
It’s a Brad hill tank. You can find him on facebook by searching Brad hill. He makes them custom for any frame. Hope you hit that sub and bell for ya boy!!! Stay up!!
Did you drill the clear valve cover for the breather hose?
Yes, it comes with one if I remember right and I drilled 2 more
@@JVScustoms cool. Did you use metal drill bits
Nice!
Thanks bro!
What tank?
It’s a Brad hill tank, one of the best tanks you can get
@@JVScustoms I can’t find where to buy it.

I'm building one of these with a gt15 turbo
Sorry for that late response. Sounds bad ass. Let me know when it’s done or at least running. I’d love to hear some turbo sounds from that spooly boy
@JVScustoms do u think the 440 duromax is good to run or is the 420 better
My 224 does same thing. Nice little pop 😂

About 45 the way it’s geared
@JVScustoms my ducar stock does 50 with 14 /60 gearing on a 8inch front wheel wrapped in a bridgestone
@@SpACeCruizeR2o3 yeah but I’m running a torque converter and it’s a heavier dirt bike frame. I’ve had this same built tilly 212 on my mega moto and ran 60+ mph

@JVScustoms what clutch fits the 274cc tho it's the same shaft as the big blocks
I dig it !👍👍

Can you do a212cc to a predator motor like that?
@@VonellaLandry yeah if it has electric start. I’m working on an electric start tilly 212 right now with remote start. I have a short on my channel with the remote start
What is the catch can used for?
To catch the oil blow by, the oil that gets past the rings and what not
@@JVScustoms bro please help me out what gas do you use on the ghost bc the Manuel says 91 but my local gas station doesn't have 91 is 91 and 93 the same?. Or do I just use 87?
@@rozikavityuk3088 you can use 93 but I highly recommend running non ethanol fuel, that’s all I use. I won’t run pump gas in any of my toys. Some gas stations have non ethanol gas or clear gas but not very many at least where I’m located. VP Racing makes a good 92 octane I think or you can go to any home depot or Lowe’s and get that trufuel. Main thing is just any fuel that is ethanol free. It gums up all the little passages in these small carbs
@@JVScustoms so if I just use 93 it will be fine right?
@@rozikavityuk3088 it will but don’t let it sit in the carb for longer periods of time, that ethanol will gum up the carb
