I gotta say... this fight really pissed me off. First of all, they unnecessarily play the Vader card again. It was great in Fallen Order where my disappointment on "of course you have to duel Vader so that fankids can squeal" immediately turned into joy as he was just an undefeatable force you had to run from. But here? You pretty much beat him (right after single-handedly mincemeating just about a thousand troopers, too) only to stay another Jedi no one ever mentioned or remember. Kinda ruins the lore of the original series for me (well, I know Disney's ruined it far enough) but OK, I accept it - it's been 20 years, he must have been doing something, like hunting remaining Jedi probably ;] But the part I really didn't like was that on top of it, they actually make you go through this whole duel from start to finish. That's cool, I mean, on standard difficulties, it's pretty much the first boss fight in the entire game that is actually challenging. But really, do I really have to re-try this 10 times, master every phase and attack, push it to the very end... only to be immediately killed in a cutscene? I really feel like it would turn out better if the story just continued after he defeated you - and the extra cutscene was just an optional bonus for those who were actually able to make it!
