I don't think alphas can fly Ishtar's which are the two ships he is using.

he is using 2x account and runing away from it so that you dont get webbed.. It has somewere around 1.5k dps and very heavy neuts. I had Tengu with Pith X-large shield booster 2x large cap betterys fit to be imune to one curse neuting it. and i barely could rep that DPS with overloaded booster.

It seems like the only requirement is doing damage at ranges for 80km +. The real difficulty is finding them. And I imagine other officers may be able to do damage out to that range but I've never killed one, only seen one.

@@HelixRyn really it is about sig tanking by maintaining a fast orbit (high transversal) outside web/optimal range of the officer - I imagine a group of alpha vexors could pull off the same but you'd need a few more than 2 and there may be losses 😁 Rats like these tend to get hunted by people who can operate frequently and relatively safely with the help of alliance/intel in the areas they spawn.

One officer spawn per region per day IIRC. Pretty sure it's NPC regions so NPC null (ie: Syndicate for Serpentis). Got to be quick.
