Thank you for this video! I am a baptized, confirmed, espiscopalian who left the catherdral in my 20's for my own spiritual path only to find Kundalini yoga bring me back to Christ. grabbed a few videos about this and you came up right after Richard's lesson1. Just a heads up about clinical depression and anxiety. Ruminating is something one can end up doing in these states of mind and it can become what feels like impossible to stop and that leads to feeling out of control and scared. Ruminating does not cause depression but it can intensify anxiety. Thanks for your contribution.

This shows up on life's purpose for me. Wanted to see how it would compare to others. Anecdotally I can only comment from this personal perspective, I have not really researched or queried how other 39s feel so I can't speak globally. I feel like If I acted and wu-wei or Zen my way through life I'd be in prison or dead. I am basically in a cozy "prison" at the moment. Essentially, this is like a prison where I get to feel good while experiencing a similar type of "closed-offness" from parts of the world. I am 100% free from the lens of human society, but I still feel trapped by its atmosphere of "sleepyness". If it were for me, I'd be way the heck out of the planet by now. It did not matter how much "enlightenment" I reached. The true, essence, is that we all planned and chose a temporary life here on Earth. No matter, what, no matter how hard, or how softly we go with or against the flow, we just end up in our planned course. We can feel miserable about our circumstances, usually, the moment we go over our "miser-ability" breaking point, we tend to get spiritual and slowly align ourselves back to our planned life path. As a GK 39 Life Purpose, my life has been about wisdom and restraining all impulses that the Gene Key 39 craved such as promiscuity, fighting, stealing, killing, robbing, and cheating. I chose to not "create" sparks with those circumstances because I did not want to hurt others or live in a prison, as a result, I ended up nearly committing suicide dozens of times until I got to where I currently am spiritually. Why? Because instead of creating sparks and "rousing" the stagnant with my impulses of GK 39 I chose to restrain and sort of inadvertently polarized positively from a sort of martyr-like way. IE: I sacrificed my impulses and my sense of "aliveness" and what I felt I wanted to do in order to prevent others from feeling negative, down, or hurt.

Thank you for sharing this! I have GK 60.6 in my vocation sphere. I definitely resonate with feeling stuck in the shadow frequency for the last few years, floating around lost in the ether, unable to stay focused or disciplined on anything much but a real true inner knowing its what I 'need'. Luckily for me I have been disciplined and structured in my past so I know this to be very true. I have had a few people tell me recently that they believe I am from the future, I feel the timelessness deeply which is why I struggled to be structured these days. Any reflections and shares you wish to offer are welcome :)

Hi. Thanks for this ⬆️ I have Gate 19 activated three times in my Graph, so…….. yeah 😅. The reluctant Empath and touch. I don’t have much opportunity but I have been told my touch is healing. The difference with what we say out loud and what we say with our energy can be far apart or in near alignment. I think people are finding it harder to listen to many of our leaders because these two are so far apart, we literally hear one thing and sense something opposite and I feel that soon we will only sense the truth of a person and read their Aura. Sacrificing the Ego for the collective good to then find the essence of life ourselves is a big theme for me and with the Gate 15 Love of Humanity (extremes) and Sun in the twelfth house there is historically a bit of “but what about me!?” and then a reluctance to take on ‘the other’. HD is helping me to make sense of these things though, giving me a framework for my need for systems. 61yr 4/6 Emotional Projector RAX Contagion 🙏❤️

I know the shadow frequency well. To be very stubborn and rigide, or chaotic and indecisive other times.

Nicely done. however the depression analogy is not quite correct. When you're de-pressed that does not mean you're in deep rest but you are not pressed anymore. So it can be a deeply freeing experience because something has pressed you very much. The De-pression is energy's way to tell you to lay low and let that go away. BUT: please don't get depression wrong! This video suggests that with a nap and some quiet time this depression will go away. If you are really suffering from a clinical depression you need someone to GUIDE YOU THROUGH THIS PROCESS! Your mind/brain is locked in this state and you cannot get over it alone. There is a difference between some melancholy and numbness or a depression!

I have 36.4 in my unconscious moon. And 36.5 unconscious north node. And 36.1 in conscious north node. Yes I’ve created a lot of drama and turmoil in my life. It’s tempting to recreate it again and again bc it’s interesting, but I know it just creates more trauma which is what made me feel numb in the first place.
