CarID and Rancho shocks. RS5000X Buyer beware.

Worst shocks ever Rancho RS55754 from worst car parts distributor CarID. This company jerked me around, forcing me to create a video and prove the shocks don't work rather than take my word for it. Supposed to be topoftheline shocks and they don't even work right out of the box. Rancho may have have had a quality brand in the past but that ship sailed. :(

Those are knock offs not even close to looking like Ranchos
They look fake but from that order slip they were drop shipped by the parent company which is Tenneco. They need to clean up their act. Terrible packaging and presentation of their product.
I just bought a set of rancho 5000 and they are the same way!!! They say rancho on them made in usa and everything but when I pressed them down they won't go up is this the way they supposed to be?
No, they are trash. The company told me to charge them by pushing them up and down but that didn't make a difference. Get your money back.
yes some are hydraulic cherged- if they dont move easy- they work!
Rancho RS5000x are not gas shocks. The 9000s are gas charged.
Yes they are to 150 psi
My rs5000x's are gas charged. The rears came wired down to reduce length/size. I also have rear 9000's on a truck with a slide in camper. Both 5000's and 9000's are great shocks.
Those arent Rancho those are something else.
Deception. It might be worthwhile to see what Jegs High Performance has. They have always been a reputable company.
