Few programs in the state of Ohio have both an outstanding Marching and Concert Band and Amherst is one of them. The high standards set by the director and staff and continually achieved by their talented and dedicated students are a testament to the importance of a superior instrumental music program. The values of hard work learned through music will serve these students no matter what they choose to do beyond high school! The city of Amherst should be very proud of you, Congratulations!
