Hi, very interesting and helpful. I am working in a project which looks like BIBD but is unsymmetric and the dimension of the table is massive. I have a=288 and b=18. Can I still follow the same steps to get the SST adjusted?

What's the difference between process control and process optimization?

It is a very good course. It would be better if instead of spending so much time on computations, coding in R (which is a free software ) was given. As no one is likely to do these computations by hand.

What is the difference between DOE and Regression analysis?

It helps to watch at 1.25x speed, with subtitles on.
