Had an amazing time 2 years ago here food was good 90% of the time the room was nice but had a few maintenance issues one of the jiggers on the bottles in the closet fell off and broke first time went to use spilled whole bottle and staff brought another no problem. bring extra phone cords the tv was the only place I could plug in without a problem they’re electrical outlets put to much power into a phone cords and ruins the cord seems fine for everything else

I always have a great time! I am not one to give my opinion on any places we visit because it is different for each person that goes there. Some people complained the moment we walked in the door while others had the time of their lives. It really depends on what you enjoy when you are on vacation. I always take in the positive so for me it was the beach, the entertainement, the food was good & we were in great company. Hope you have a great trip, let me know what you think!

Hi Todd, I am really sorry you had a bad time but this was my vacation and it is accurate as to what I experienced. These are my memories and it is unjust that you claim that my experience was false. Again, really sorry it was a bad experience for you.

Hi George! I am no sure why you are saying we are not telling the truth? We are not big drinkers and the service was fine for us. I am sorry you did not enjoy it. I choose to take all the great moments from my vacation as they are the memories I want to remember when I am old. I hope your next vacation goes better. Happy Holidays!

Drink less and enjoy more. We just came back from an absolutely wonderful vacation at this resort! Some people are never happy, no matter how much the personnel try to please them. This was our 3rd visit to Samana and this hotel. We are going back!!! 👌👍👏

@@marilucorracini550 Sure. How do you know that I am a drinker? Do you know me? Tak my advise: do not transfer your habits to others. Are we clear? I pay money for good service, and I want good service for my money. Recently, several times in Dominican Republic (also in Samana), some of the resorts served the worst alkohols and wines.

@@georgemalachowski9072 you mean, alcohols? The only thing you mentioned during your entire comment is drinks! It doesn't take a genius!!🤭 You can go somewhere else. Try Mexico or The Bahamas, or Hawaii. Oh that's right, any of those places are much more expensive 🤷‍♀️ Relax, there's more to a vacation than drinking!!

@@marilucorracini550 You still do not get the point. We haw been going to the Caribbean for many years. After the pandemic, the quality of service deteriorated. This is not about getting notoriously drunk, because that is not my goal. For example, this is anout things like the quality and quanity of drinks served including wine and rum, which were the worst in 25 years of visiting the Dominican Republic. You do not need to tell me about Mexico either. All you need is sun, sand, water and pina colada. Maybe dome more spaghetti. Right? So further our discussion is pointles.
