Taash does get alot better they couldve made Taash way cooler as a dragon hunter. Also I did not know that people do this in everyday life wtf. Emmerich and Manfred were my favorite in this game.

Bellara was my romance 🤣, Taash does get way better but the first parts of the game are so rough.

Narcissism is cured by an insane ass beating. The reason that NPD is such a problem is because the enforcement of rules has been so unevenly applied.

Really? Because you can't scold, you can't disagree, you can't ignore. They made Taash the victim in most every interaction. It's tiring from a party standpoint. It's tiring from an audience standpoint. And it was clear they weren't SUPPOSED to be as annoying but somehow managed to make them milktoast insufferable. THey break so much lore with their mere existence and the writing, if good, could have circumvented that but this is literally an after-school anti-drug ad level of dialogue. It's ridiculous and Taash is just ONE of several examples of this throughout the game.

Oh yeah I still support taash but they made her so unlikeable and acting more like teenager then an adult. The they thing also isnt something id agree to unless it was for Spite and Lucan. Maybe she gets better I havent made it there yet and I figured shed be better by now

@@RealSmiley honestly it might be because i was able to relate to their struggle with their self more. that got them to come around more quickly. i wouldn't know if that played a factor. since i haven't played any other play threws. but so far i have noticed people who play the more strait play threw's seem to be struggling with taash more. Taash has never really had any other relationships outside their mother in a close manor. most of it has been lords of fortune business. you could say they relate more with dragons and their temper because of their fire breathing. so i think in that manor they have hit taash well as an under developed teenage loner. so i think they are playing their role well as a character. most characters are not likeable when they can't find something likeable about themselves. and thats what taash as a character struggles with. i like them more now that they accept themselves more.

@@Dooger414 what lore do they break? and honestly it just sounds like you get frustrated with children and young people easily. so far all i have read from your statement is accusations with no substance to support their claims. so far the level of your statement is "is bad because me say so"you sound more like your criticism comes more from a personal preference not being pandered to than it does a genuine critique of the executing of what they were aiming for. now having a personal preference is fine and all. i don't really expect every character to be liked or related to. i don't think any game has ever had 100% relatable characters to everyone. you have every right to have your own preferences. but that doesn't translate into character is bad. it translate into characters struggles is unrelatable to you. But if you have more detailed explanations to what you feel they break as a character i would love to hear actual details.

and she refused to use his name so i think it´s fair lol. The most ironic part was when she refused to use the guys name and said "but you are a death mage!", imagine if someone said "but you are a woman!" when not using their pronouns of choice

@@Gabrielfrota ugh im so tired of explaining this, but if someone identifies as non-binary that does not mean they are a man or woman. maybe by your definition but the traditional definition of man and woman is just not inclusive. there have always been people in history that fall outside of the definition of a man or a woman. male and female are different words from man and woman for a reason - there is nuance, there are outlying circumstances, etc, etc. but yes, i still agree that if someone disrespects you then there is no reason you should have to respect them HOWEVER not using someone's pronouns goes beyond disrespect, it is pure dehumanization to be clear, but in this case I think refusing to acknowledge someone's name is just as childish and dehumanizing. i hope that all made sense

For me the whole problem here, as you pointed out in the end, is that it doesn't help that they fail to acknowledge the guy's name, which would be an even simpler and basic type of identity. In their own confusion, they fail to respect and/or accept the other person based on its own prejudices (dealing with necromancy, etc).
