Found this very interesting. It just shows - with some determination and guts anyone can do it. Sure mistakes will be made and thousands in the bin, but with investors the sky is the limit. Essentially getting rich using other people's money. But the great thing is, they can a great return as well, especially in these fiscally turbulent times. Regarding the section on yield, what is the yield of London, Wimbledon? How do I find it out? Is it rental yield?
