Doctor Gradus Ad Parnassum
Dr. Gradus ad Parnassum is the opening piece of the six-movements suite "Children’s Corner" written by the French composer Claude Debussy between 1906 and 1908. The title is a kind of joke on piano studies written by Muzio Clementi.

This music is a soundtrack of the French film "L'As des As" released in 1982 by Gérard Oury, and starring Jean-Paul Belmondo. It was written by the French composer Vladimir Cosma. It would have been easier to play this arrangement on a real piano, as my keyboard was moving too much, due to the power requested by the interpretation.

This song is a soundtrack of the Japanese animated film "The Borrower Arrietty" produced in 2010 by the Ghibli studio. The composer is the French harpist Cécile Corbel. Although the main theme of Arietty is beautiful, I always found in this one something unspeakable and special. This interpretation is a personal adaptation for piano.
