I live in a warm county weather, now I'm visiting a colder One. My knee and ankle hurts a little and I don't have the same mobility (I practice skateboard) . I was worried, I am going to follow this advices and try to share my results here. Thanks for the info! Really appreciate it

I had ACL surgery on my right knee and when it’s about to rain or get cold. It swells up and stiff. So annoying
What role, if any, does dry needling, w & w/o STIM, play in THA rehab/reconditioning?
It can be beneficial- however it's generally considered better to wait till the later stage of rehab- especially over the prosthesis due to risk of infection.
I can't sleep properly at nigt because of my knees cold. Why?

My plantar Fasciitis has been killing me lately. Went to a podiatrist today. Been doing the run of the mill intrinsic strengthening exercises and gastric/soleus str. Night splints and rolling out. I’ll add this in. DPM prescribed 6day prednisone and did low dye taping Thanks for the timely video
This is pretty good. But I'm 6'5" and I play pickleball. My ready position at the net is a deep knee bend with my eyes just a little bit above the top of the net, which is 34" high in the center (2" shorter than a tennis net). I'm not in a 90° knee bend, but I'm sure it's at least 70°. So much for cautious mini-squats.

Thank you Dr. Tonight only I saw this video. I have been having my right knee paining since 2 months. It happened after the right heel started paining as result of a sprain on my big toe as I climbed on the window. I did the exercises along with your video tonight as I watched it 1st time. Seems simple exercises. Don't know how many days I have to do to get relief. I hsve pain only when I bent the knee to sit on the floor or bent like that. Thank you so much -- Preethi

Prob until you feel a nice fatigue in your muscle, but in a range of motion you dont feel your knee pain

I followed the advice in this video after 3 years of knee pain, on either side of the knee cap. After three months, they have made a tremendous difference and have significantly improved my quality of life. I'm in the UK so I've never met Mr Chesney, but this is a genuine thank you.

Subscribed. Question: what do you recommend in terms of a routine for this exercise? Reps or contractions for time? How many sets per session, sessions per day? Lastly, if done diligently, how much can a person's fallen arch improve with this exercise? Thank you for your work.
The goal would to take this from seated, to standing, to single leg standing, and continue to progress the dynamic strength of the foot. Hold for 5 secs and repeat 10-15 times. repeat a few times per day. If you have mobility restrictions in the great toe or ankle- then you should improve that first- or you'll have trouble building back an arch.
