And it's just not true what you say The Turkish variant musaka is without the bechamel sauce but eggplant in tomato sauce The Greek variant moussaka like shown here originates from the 1920 invented dish by Nikolaus tselementes Different variant There is also an Egyptian variant but hey all bloody delicious

Look it annoys me how us Greeks vs Turks always take credit for things especially food, Let’s just say we all take account for Mousakka, same with something like Baklava too.
Usually we are making pelmeni from mixture of cow and pig meat.

I always thought you boiled the pasta first, then stuffed them, and baked just to melt the cheese and heat the topping.
It would be perfectly cooked while baked 👌🙂
It's almost impossible to stuff cooked pasta

Just like lasagna, cannelloni are supposed to be cooked in the oven. If you boil them first there's no way you can put stuff inside

First of all that’s tomato paste not actual cherry tomatoes so no Second that pasta is super yellow it’s gotta be artisan pasta with a skin tone color

This is a chicken and mushroom quiche, NOT a Quiche Lorraine. To be a Quiche Lorraine you need bacon and Swiss cheese (I use gruyere).
