Last Day in Doha
Our time in Doha has come to an end.
We start the morning at the Mshreib Museums. It is a series of traditional Qatari houses opulently restored to tell the untold stories of the country. There exhibits on the country's shift from a pearling economy to one driven by fossil fuels. I spent a lot of time in the Bin Jelmmod House that tells the story of Qatar's role in the lsave trade. It was one of the first times that I have seen a country in the region own up to its past with regard to slavery. It's worth the visit. Give yourself at least two hours to plan. We didn't have nearly enough time to see everything in depth. It is also on the Mshreib tram system.

The Villagio Mall is one of the many great malls that dot the DOha skyline. It is located in the West End section of Doha near Khalifa Stadium On our way to our nect excursion, we decided to stop in a soak in the cultural landscape and have a bite to eat. Villagio Mall is well worth your time. There are several recreational areas, a grocery store and numerous top name restaraunts.

I know you mean this video with a bit of tongue in cheek, but don't buy into the media feeding frenzy. If the max were unsafe, the tens of thousands of pilots and flight attendants that make their living flying this thing daily would have spoken up, as well as their unions AND the engineers/technicians/mechanics that maintain them.
