I'm using an Rx 480 and a ryzen 5 1400 and I can't even get playable frame rates on any games what is your config.
Yes you can my i5 is a 3.0Ghz and your ryzen is 3.2Ghz you can expect same performance or better you only need to play on VULKAN API, and yo need more than 12 gb of ram because if you have less than that expect crashes on the emulator. Try to play in the newest Patreon version of yuzu.

I just opened the task manager and put yuzu in high priority, I don't know if it has to do with the high use of the gpu.
