    This world seems like people can't have healthy conversations without bringing in politics or their personal beliefs. When it comes to any conversation both parties have to respect the fact that everyone beliefs are different. When it come to the work-job it's a no-no to even bring politics up. Bottom line there's an appropriate time to talk about the inappropriate subjects. ☮

    Let's be serious, it's a fact, white people do better in academics than blacks or Hispanics. I don't care what color some one is. I also want the right person for the job. Most of the time that's a WHITE person, I'm gonna say it, I'm not embarrassed to admit it.😮
