What technique do you use to hide your seams ?
I assume he uses very tiny whip stitches, or perhaps baseball stitches. The key to getting invisible stitches on just about any puppet fleece (except maybe Nylafleece) is sewing only through the backing and NOT through the nap/pile.

Awesome Muppet Looks Very Accurate all over I own an almost Size accurate Elmo Plush, with a Broken Eye, I once thought of turning it into a puppet, but decided not too, and instead work on a Diy version from scratch, since I'm working on a Kermit one too 👍
