Hello my name is Irene. I am a Filipino from the province of Pampanga (A province in the Philippines where the culture of cooking perfection is being taught). I started cooking when I was 11 years old my father died early and I have to help my mother do the household chores. I learned how to cook by observing my Mother, Grandmother and Aunties.
I love to travel, cook and take videos and pictures. I usually miss the Filipino cuisine and the cooking of my mother (who is in heaven). But with limited access to Pinoy foods here, I was compelled to cook them on my own, even for busy days. I have two sons and both are picky. My eldest doesn't eat pork, while the youngest doesn't eat veggies.
With this channel I want to share how I cook my Pinoy foods, while trying to hone my skills in video editing as well.
