I m with karma royal for ten years as member... Its extraordinary, homely, comfortable and i feel at home...

Not at all true. I am fractional owner at Karma and it is completely transparent with its policies. No restrictions on booking and availability. I hv booked 10-15 properties and got bookings whenever wanted. Karma properties are usually situated away from city hustle n bustle.

Not all of this is true because I am also a member and have used their services and property and found them good. It is value for money. What you pay you get value. You pay around 3500 per day and get a decent place to stay. Rs.1500 for a day's meal is decent you pay more than that if you buy from Swiggy or Zomato for a day. So don't be biased and judgmental and say it is a fraud. As a fractional member, you don't even pay maintenance.

I saw your second video on timeshare ...when you say timeshare not good then... why do you stay in time share resort ? Just a question to understand why ...

Its not a fraud, i am a member too, nd am happy with their hospitality 👍

I dont think its a scam we purchased the membership a few years back and we get rooms whenever we want and 75 % off

Ma'am, strictly say no to any memberships like these holiday companies and all, they are all fraudsters. I never entertain any of such calls.
