Axl didn't show cos he didn't like that the Nu GN'R members weren't plus Gilby weren't being inducted too. Plus I guess he wasn't ready to have a reunion forced on him. Dizzy's loyal to Axl so didn't go out of respect to him. Who knows with Izzy. He's a free spirit.

@@jeremyloder9788I agree with everything you say, Dizzy was and is very loyal to Axl, he was the only one from the Use Your Illusions lineup who stayed, but it bothered Axl that they didn't include Gilby Clarke I see it badly because Axl was the one who took it out just on a whim.
I love that Steven puffed out his hair like it waS STILL 1987!
