Honestly, I like to wear my Bob rather low, below the belly button, which then aligns the opening of the pockets perfectly to my straightened arms and hands. Give it a try!

Putting them together, is the easy part. Figuring out the pattern is another thing.

Hi, I just want to point out that that is a ruffler attachment and not a gathering foot. The ruffler allows you to set the amount of pleats per stitches ( about 3 variations from memory ) and a gathering foot is a little one that gathers rather than ruffles. Lovely video, I just thought I'd point that out for newbies though :) I am in Australia and would love to make some dresses if the project is running in 2024 and there is an Australian Ambassador. Do you know how I would find out? Thanks :)
