If you dont have really strong hands id reccomend getting a jar opener. They will give you alot more leverage on the lid without damaging it

How could a faster ball bounce less than a "slower" ball? Physics indicates that if a paddle xfers more energy to the ball...then the court surface will as well (hence a higher bounce).

I just got the same one…26oz and I love it. At first I was a bit nervous of potential for leakage since there are two caps that are used to sip from and the other used to be able to take off and put ice. But the gaskets are made well and the water stays cold for long period of time.
