Marx funny face Harold Lloyd walker toy ca 1930
Got him working as well as he can. Had a rough life under the porch of a historic home in Lansing. I believe it’s now a museum. Can’t recall the name. Great toys in their time.

First time together. Marx Yeti and Nomura Roaring Gorilla
You still have this?
YES ! I think I played this as a kis in the early 60s. The memory of this escaped me for years. Thanks for uploading. Was this game from the early 60s ?
Can you possible post a video on the inside or pictures? Im currently having mine restored and it would be great help

2:21 Sounds Like A Sheep
You look like a cartoon character.
....and it does sound like a sheep.
Do you have a video specifically showing how to best lubricate the inside of the coin grinder where the cancellation wheel and pawl are? All the pivot points. Also not sure how to place the lubriplate as indicated in the manual photo. And can anything be done to help free up the solenoid shaft a bit such as electric contact cleaner or something to make sure it slides in and out without issue? Thanks
My mother used to give away my toys while I was at school, away or out playing. She was fussy about tidiness. Even the toy box couldn't be cluttered. Anyway, I did once have both the Marx Yeti and Frankenstein. Mom hated the Yeti.😂 She would yell, "TURN THAT DAMN THING OFF!" Which I understand now. That thing was horribly loud and annoying.😅
nice..
Beautiful machine, get some bottles in there
Awesome
i am missing the medium level does anyone know the size so i can get one made?
Thank You ! Exactly what I needed
Nightmare unlocked 😂
A classic! It’s hard to believe we actually used to make cool stuff like this in America.
This would look great on a shelf with the Marx Jungle set!
Guess this video answers my question, you do repair these old battery ops. Yeti is cool!
Great video! The brown boot version Frankenstein is gorgeous, a super example. Do you repair these by chance? Most battery ops I’ve ran into over the years either work sporadically very slowly or not at all. Cool!
Amazing condition! Are those from the '30s?
I’ve heard 1929 and early 30s.
@@MrJollychimp That's wat I read, later. This one is missing the "marquee' (a half circle sign) on top of the piano.
Some came with marquee. Others did not. The piano had slots to receive it. Mine has no slots.
@@MrJollychimp Thanks for the correction! 🙂
Awesome. Can’t quit watching it lol
Love little windups like these. Thank you for sharing..
Thank you very much, so it is not brain surgery as the "phone experts" make you think. I have the exact phone, the only problem I found when watching your video is I too am color blind. Why do you refer to the brown wire as a red wire? (joking) Thanks again.
Glad your out there helping us
Can you do a video on Western electric conversion
Wish you had better lighting
I had this toy in 1963- 64.
My man got an ammo-matic
That was Denis from A-telephone
You must be talking about A1 Telephone Repair 😂 that was indeed a red wire
Awesome, thank you
Where do the handset wires go please
Weird...I never go on youtube but happened to be looking at a video about old audio receivers and saw your question. I have moved twice since that video but have the phone...no landline. I took a couple of good photos to show the handset wires. I'm color blind, so I only guess, but there are 4 wires: yellow, green, red, black from handset....and a jumper wire. All connect right there next to point where the cord is anchored. I can send you an email with the photos if you will give me an address.
this was the Jukebox that was used on the TV show MASH
This is the one, let me know if it is still available, I see it went off of craigs, really like it!
Did you sell the 1219 with the flip down front for 295? I am in Port Washington WI and was interested.
Can u clarify the size and order of the coin levers as it wasn't shown in your video.
Cool! I can hear those vintage motors fluttering
It really is an indication of a video posters motive when the comments section is disabled. Just got through fixing up a Western Electric payphone for a friend that had quit working. Watching A1 telephone videos is frustrating because he blabs on endlessly and then skips the actual tech part. The payphones I own myself are the later single slots and there are no videos on those about programming boards, opening locked phones or even a detailed teardown. Looks like I will have to make those videos myself. Oh and I NEVER install modular jacks on any phone unless it originally had one. Four prong plugs are superior in my opinion if you can find them.
wil be verry helpful for min coingrinder when i take it appart dont gives any credits
Nice! I have a Williams Line Drive with a no crowd noise (low or high.) Which capacitor fixed your issue? Thanks
Will be very helpful when I take my coin grinder apart. Thanks for sharing. Doug
I should clarify. When I said it would be challenging to get them to work, I meant while using one hand on the iphone and one hand to operate the remotes. The Yeti remote is made for two hands.
I'm thrilled that someone got some use from this.
When I made this video way back when, I was using a much less sophisticated camera and was doing it very quickly. I apologize for the poor quality and any other issues. I don't even use it anyone since I have no landline.
Thanks for this video! I just watched it with a screw driver (Not the vodka kind) in hand and got my phone working. Thank you !!! I know what you mean about long winded and no information videos from the other guy. thanks again
When I note the gap is nothing compared to most, I mean compared to machines with original plastics. Most orig. have at least one or two cracks/holes and MUCH shrinkage.
Franky king of all Monsters!!!
cool video - buddy rocks!!
You have too much free time lol obviously
It be lookin so amazin man
