For me the Ringabel thing wasn't such a big twist because I had already noticed that a) their voices are very similar b) there are a few small details at the start that don't match up with Ringabel's story c) in the early game, those two never seem to be in the same place at the same time. Basically, by the time you lose the skystone after the wind crystal, I was already convinced they were the same person. And then the game proved me wrong, and then the game proved me right... sort of. For me, the Airy thing was a much bigger plot twist because it was something I realized on my own and slowly became more and more obvious, which is a really cool way to do a plot twist in my opinion. The Owl House does the same thing with Emperor Belos' identity.

Sadly, this plot twist did not blow my mind. Because: 1) I had re-read the D's journal before entering the pillar, because i couldn't let go of contradictions between what is written and what is going on. But then, by connecting the dots, i realized that the only one who could've written it could be Alternis Dim... Because Dim, D. You can even see his picture at the end. 2) I'm a follower of Multiverse Theory, and thanks to that i came to a conclusion that there are multiple realities going on, so what transpired after the pillar did not blew my mind as well.
