I got this idea from the book PROFIT FIRST by Mike Michalowicz. This book is amazing and I highly recommend you pick it up either in book for or audible, just make sure you take notes!

3 months. I took mine at the local tech college in person. You could do it in less time depending on the availability you have.

I agree with this, if your lifestyle, schedule makes you unable to maintain the home it can lose value for both you and your neighbors, becoming a financial drain instead. You or the loved ones living with you's type of career or health issues can also affect, it may be something that requires you to move around more, findung an apartment for a few years may be more feasible then having to fix a house up quickly, then hoping you can either sell or buy easily depending on the market at the time.
