Hello, I had the F 01 error and found that the drain needs to be hung from the top of the machine, it cannot sit directly on the floor.. Hope this helps
So the drain has to be raised high above the washing machine and not below right? I'm having the same issue constantly

Sorry about that dear. One thing is for sure this machines cleans magically because all programs has serious steaming sessions and it consumes less power You won’t regret getting Hisense.
LG ;) DIRECT drive i got that after return top loader auto back under warrenty. The lg direct drive washes very well ..
Bicarbonate of soda and vinegar in the soap dispenser on drum clean mode then clean the filter, this way it cleans the inside where the soap builds up.

My door won't open when it's drying ?? Had to actually turn all my electrics off in my house to get it open and clothes where still wet but roasting hot..so dangerous
Am Sorry to hear that dear. The washer can’t open during the cycle for safety reasons, once the full cycle gets done,the door will automatically unlock and in some machines like mine u will have to wait for just one minute. Please do not force it.

It depends on the choice of your program, some of them can’t be changed but there are few programs where like quick 15 where you can increase up to 35.

Did you remove the transportation bolts from behind? It's usually what causes it to vibrate
Remove the travel bolts and vibration will automatically stop.

Sorry about that. What I can tell you is that the 4 legs are not aligned accordingly….screw them after your washer will not move or shake.

F03 error always indicates a problem with the water level. If it persists take a look at your drain hose to make sure it's not blocked.
