The sewn in ground sheet is much the same as the fly sheet, i think they give you the ground sheet as an option for rough ground and so you can reduce your trail weight by 400g if you leave it at home. On soft ground i have not had any problems.

@@birchinboy5450 how have you found it? Ive managed to get out once, not very eventful, i think it got down to about -1 i was impressed with the little ammount of condensation there was though :)

@@dan.3101 yeah i like it. Easy to put up, roomy inside, slept well, I've had it in rain, wind and works well.

@@birchinboy5450 Nice. Ill try and get out in it and get a review up. Ive not really seen much bad said about them yet. If you break the bag down it packs away really small too.

Ive done a face value written review on instagram. Unfortunately the tent arrived on the day of the National lockdown so i cant say ive used it in all weathers. I did put it up again today on Whitfell and it was pretty windy, I didnt guy it out and it stood up pretty well. we will be doing a full review on our first proper video in December when we come out of lockdown. Hopefully we will get the weather to test it . Thanks for watching and glad you liked it. 👍👍👍

Laurence, ive tested the tent out a couple of times now, one woodland camp and one fell camp, both were absolutely hooning it down with rain, the tent stod up to it extremely well and once the you have the sides open depending on wind direction, water dripping off the top only dropped into the vestibule, not actually in the tent. Im 6'3"- 6'4" and i can comfortably lay down but once in my sleeping bag the bottom of the bag did touch the edge. This is easily remedied if you sleep diagonally on a solo trip or you stuff your pack at the bottom of the tent where your feet are. Hope this helps.

It is a beautiful place. Absolutely awful trying to get a decent shot this day. We had a combination of millions of flesh eatimg midgies, random gusts of wind, on and off rain and when i finally gound good place with a view to get the drone out, it got attacked by a kestrel everytime it took off. Just scraped this video out of what little footage we had...😅
