3 months ago, on the chilly fall evening of October 18th, 2024, I was invited to perform a live, freely improvised electric guitar score to accompany the classic gothic horror silent film classic, The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari in an independent theatre in Berkeley, California. This is the first and only live performance I have done in front of an audience. I immersed my eyes into the screen and let myself flow into it, despite my nerves. I couldn't be more thankful for the opportunity and I am very pleased with how the performance turned out.
The audio recording is also released as a live album on streaming services and up for free download on bandcamp as of today.
