Hey you!!! Im building this (channel)brand to hold me accountable, and spread the love of Jesus Christ through my fitness in every day life.

I’m two weeks after my show, really enjoying food working on things outside of bodybuilding. The grind doesn’t stop now we’ve started our off-season and we work on the things that the judges told us to work on. Hope you guys enjoy the video stay till the end.

Trained some back at level up in Chatsworth, Georgia had the honor of having the gym to myself so took advantage of filming a crazy back workout for you guys. when I filmed the video, I was one week out posting it today I’m three days out from the nPC Atlanta classic wish me luck my people. Chest Day and A killer Back Day on a little 2 day Vacation rest. Being on prep, it helps to just have something to distract you from the prep it’s self and really just focus on what you’re doing it for and just to ground yourself. 3.5 weeks out. Loving every sec of getting shredded.

Just watched the first exercise so maybe it’s just that one but: You’re leaving gains on the table. More control on the eccentric movement, don’t let it drop so fast. Let the weight come to the maximum deep stretch while maintaining the load, brief pause, then explode through the concentric movement. The stretch is where a ton of good growth comes from You’re doing great, and doing the rep is ~70% of the results, I just wanted to mention this advice to close in on that remaining 20-30%
