I don't understand what is happening from 0:35 to 0:37 (first Breath of Eons timing). You have Tip the Scales active and do Breath of Eons into Fire Breath (Instant max rank thanks to tip the scales) but then even if Tips the scales can't be seen anymore in your buffs (as it should because you used it for FB) you still do instant max rank upheaval ? Is there some secret tech to do 2 empowers off one Tips the scales that i don't know ?
