It is at JR Motors in Lake Havasu , AZ 928-680-2886 :) and I only do it for a 1 reel and to show clients an hour away or so to know roughly what it looks like :) I appreciate your feedback - but in no way am I a professional at filming lol 😂 but it is enough to show someone enough to drive to see it or the features :) I do it one cut and in about 5 mins :) and that is it :) just I know I feel frustrated when I am trying to find a unit and all they have is the floorplan pic :) I don’t have the 36 in stock now , but I have the 40 ft and maybe the 36 coming in soon :)

But it does have tank heaters in this version.

I currently have a 40 foot and a 36 foot for 2022 in stock right now. I believe the MSRP on them are between $160,000 and $152,000 - The sale price I believe is right around $136,000 currently and I can email over build sheets if anyone’s interested :-)

I am not exactly sure I know it’s sold already though. I think this one was 19 feet but due to the slide it was only 68 inches or 72 inches wide and I believe

@@randalla9070 it was smaller than 72” I never bought the one and my rzr was 72” with just standard 32” tires

Thank you for your feedback :-) I have been exhausted working 13 days in a row and allergies are insane here in town. But I will take your information and remember it when I am doing the next videos :-) I do this on my own as I am the only sales person on my sales lot that does this :) I mainly do it so people know if it’s worth them to drive an hour or two to come see it as well as if they need to know some more information I can redo a video for them individually :-) but I will keep this in mind and I appreciate your feedback.

I'm just a relaxed/retired young ish Marine that was hoping to give you positive advice.... Maybe you could give me some..... I just purchased a 2018 Stellar25FB pro lite.... Spent it's life in Arizona... I'm pulling it with a 2012 Ford Raptor (Race Truck).... the numbers are different than a regular old F150..... It's a Raptor..... Just got it home last night... 5-10-21.... 10:30pm... I had an excellent hitch on the truck... anti sway.... 609.00 Not junk...... Out ride at 74 was hideous.... It bounced like a semi hauling too much load..... We bounced terribly..... I slowed to 61.... smoothed out a lot but can't go on a 10 hour trip at 61mph, lol...... That was a main Heavily traveled highway.... just not an interstate I Don't believe..... We got on the main interstate i35 South. (in Iowa) .... and it was smooth.... a few stretches, but we slowed down and changed lanes tryin' to deal with it.... For the most part.... i35 S. was beautiful and could go 70/74 mph...... The Camping World dealership assured me... (from my vin) that the Raptor should pull it fine..... Why is I'd CRAZY bouncy on those stretches of highway..??

IT was $90k but sold I think for like $83k or something :) It sold tho = I do have a 40 ft ATC 5th wheel trailer :)

This is the second video I’ve seen both had squeaking doors what’s up with that?? Something minor but for asking price the issue might need to be addressed thx

Hi there Harley :-) with the insulation values of these - Depending what model you get it depends. On the build sheet it actually goes over the insulation values of the ceiling, the floor and the walls. However if you think of a pop can - When it is hot out it is hot inside that and when it’s cold it is cold. So the insulation is not the best. But there are some things I do to help with insulating. Hi there :-) I am not quite sure if you’re referring to the glass doors in the back of the patio? The package I believe is right around $3000 maybe - I can look it up but the only thing I mention to people as it does take about 8 inches up in the garage. Once the gate is closed the gate has to fold in and the glass doors are there so if you have a 12 6 foot garage you’re left with 11’10” left for your toy. So sometimes people don’t want them. They are beautiful though and I love the light they let in. I’m trying to buy one of them and she is giving false info and not giving a proper perspective with her tight shots etc. you are the one bringing sex into it. Maybe she will learn her product and learn a bit from people’s comments instead of being lead on with comments like yours.

Hey Gregory :-) yes this is a one-of-a-kind because we actually pick the colors when we build it, as well as some other features, this is not a base model we actually choose multiple upgrades on it. If you’re interested in a build sheet I can always email you one to where you can see what was added on and for instance the solar package or insulation or the type of fridge in it or the size of the generator. I’ve also been doing this for three years and they do not last more than three weeks on the lot typically. So I try to get these videos out to help clients know whether it’s worth driving to see it or not :-) I’m not quite sure what type of information you’re wanting. A lot of people this is their first Toyhauler and to be very specific is way over their head. I then can do a very specific video for a client if that is what they want. But typically this is a type of video that will encourage somebody to make the drive to come see it in person or for their spouse to see what they’re talking about. I appreciate your feedback and I will include more specifics in my next ATC videos. Again the build sheets are usually seven pages long and tell you everything that you need to know regarding the build of the exact unit that we’re talking about. Not Trying to be a critic but when you zoom in on a cabinet handle or door that you need to back off so we can see how the cabinets look in relation to the room etc. and you need to slow down. I have been doing photography and videos for many years but you will get better at it
