@@peachystark when u start seeing improvement and an increase in motivation, it usually means ur in a much better current state💗 it can look and feel different for everyone, but when u feel content and happy with urself then u know u’ve done it, i’m in a way better mindset then i was when i left that comment🙏 u can do it too, selfcare takes time
@@vovixiai am in a better mindset than i was two years ago even a year ago, but part of me feels like im not doing it right. but the other half of me knows i am. I used to be super depressed and while i still have my days i’ve definitely DONE SOOOO MUCH that makes me happy for who i am today. idk just part of me feels like im doing self care wrong when the other half of me knows im doing things right if i do see improvements.
