The Maps shown in this video were sourced from the Alltrails app. We followed the Monte Cristo via Cardiff Pass trail. If you plan on taking this hike, bring plenty of water, sunscreen, and good shoes. I made the mistake of not bringing any of those. This is a trail for moderate to skilled hikers, I would not suggest this hike to beginners. Keep Moving Forward

Running really IS amazing. I did it for 25 years but that's been quite a few years ago. Just started "slowly" taking it up again. I was recently diagnosed with diverticulitis and I suffer from depression and running really is the BEST exercise for both conditions. Great video!! Keep them coming, wish more people could see your inspiring video.

I definitely understand your depression roller coaster, just got to have goals, stay positive, and “keep moving forward “. I am a truck driver and these drives are very boring .
