Our first mountain bike holiday and first time in Italy. Road trip through France and Switzerland to Livigno in the Italian Alps. Spent ten days having fun on the trails on the Carosello 3000 side of the valley, a trail network and park developed with the help of Hans 'No Way' Rey. Our first trip to the downhill MTB trail centre at Antur Stiniog. A very hot day taking it steady on the green, blue and a couple of red trails. Definitely a place to revisit soon. Riding our full sus MTB bikes, Nukeproof Mega and Whyte S150. www.anturstiniog.com .

27th December, first trip to Coed y Brenin to have a go at some mountain biking. We used their bike hire service and blasted our way down the 'Minotaur' blue route. Luckily we were packing up when the snow blew in. We'll be back in 2018

First time climbing the Gribin ridge up onto the bwlch between Glyder Fach and Glyder Fawr. Plenty of careful route planning on a new scramble. Fantastic day to be in Snowdonia as there was an epic cloud inversion with thick fog blanketing the valleys all that could be seen were the highest peaks.
