The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP) is a not for profit, peak body responsible for training, educating and representing psychiatrists in Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand.
Our vision is to improve the mental health of communities through high-quality psychiatric care, education, leadership and advocacy.
The RANZCP aims to advance the profession of psychiatry through the delivery of best-practice training, continuing professional development and high-quality psychiatric care; improve the mental health of communities by working with stakeholders to support high-quality psychiatric care; and meet the needs and expectations of our members.

The Certificate is aimed at medical practitioners (PGY5 ) in Australia who want to enhance their skills in the provision of mental health care. The Certificate focusses on the development of practical clinical skills which can be applied to assessing patients who present with new mental health conditions or require assistance and/or support to manage a mental health condition.
