He's a really OP Raider, but not unbeatable.

Level 65. Recorded with my Elgato 4K Pro. Cell is alot better in S6 thanks to the AOE added to his stage 2 super, and especially his stage 3 KI Blasts.

Had a chance to travel to Galloping Ghost this Combo Breaker and play the only cab in the world with some friends and the CPU for the cancelled Primal Rage 2.

Used my VHS player with composite cables via the Retrotink4K to back up my entire Monstervision tape from 1998 with elgato 4K X, and I don't see this commercial anywhere on RUclips. The only 1998 Godzilla ad on my entire tape surprisingly. Original Air Date - May 23, 1998 Which was only three days after 98 released in theaters.
