Candice Brathwaite is an absolute force to be reckoned and utterly brilliant in every way! If you’ve not read her books you will have cackled at her podcast Closet Confessions, or gazed for hours at her endless style and big sister chats on instagram. Choosing yourself and your sense of belonging with Dr. Chelsea Jackson Roberts
Просмотров 1425 месяцев назад
The root and messaging of, not belonging, can take a swift hold on us - messaging from others/society becomes internalised and part of who we perceive ourselves to be in the world. It took some time for Chelsea to feel a sense of belonging in the yoga world, but as she redefined who she was in the space, along with her teaching, she kicked open doors for others. Chelsea believes this can expand...
Relentless self-belief and learning to lead with England football player, Lucy Bronze MBE
Просмотров 13 тыс.5 месяцев назад
Lucy’s earliest memories are kicking a football and keeping up with her older brother - a competitiveness that set her up to excel in many sports, in spite of her shyness. She poured herself into football and wasn’t to know that her passion would lay the foundations for the future of women’s football in England and beyond. Tune into episode 4 of Listen Loudly to hear my conversation with profes...
Paving the way as a broadcaster and a lifelong connection to movement with Clara Amfo

Curiosity. It’s such a no pressure word with so much openness, yet how many of us really embrace it? Of course, mistakes can still happen, but when we’re embracing our curiosity-allowing ourselves to learn and explore and just see what happens-it can be a great antidote to the rigidness that so many of us live with. Tune into episode 3 of Listen Loudly and hear my conversation with my friend Cl...
