Officers from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations have arrested the prime suspect, identified as 33- year-old Collins Jumaisi Khalusha. The suspect was arrested at Soweto in Kayole Sub-County at around 3AM in a joint operation by the DCI Crime Research and Intelligence Bureau and Operations directorates, outside a club where he had gone to watch the Euro 2024 football finals.
