I just used this to set up outlook on android. I worked out that domain and username were one line separated by backslash. The ios solution is neater. School it people couldn't sort it.

We have not encountered this ourselves before but hopefully the below is useful: If the student machine in question has previously worked without issue there are some things I might try; Restart the Veyon service on both the client and Veyon master Update Veyon on all devices: version 4.4.0 came out fairly recently Remove the client computer from the Veyon Configurator and add it back on Check DNS It looks like Veyon have updated their website recently. There is also documentation on the website docs.veyon.io/en/latest/index.html that may be helpful.

Hi, I do not have experience of this myself. There is an admin guide here that gives some details regarding ports - docs.veyon.io/en/4.1/admin/reference.html. As an easy solution, I would suggest using a VPN and run Veyon Master on your computer.

It would be difficult to tell without seeing your individual setup. I would advise firstly try using IP address when adding and connecting to the client computer, as this is probably the most reliable method. If that works, then your issue is probably DNS related. If that still does not work, then the problem might lie in the client blocking the connection, so check the software and any firewalls or other blocking mechanisms on the client end.

Dude, when u turn off the remote computer, you lose connection, so you can't turn it back on remotely

I am afraid I cannot answer your question as we have not done this before. From what I have seen, I do believe that this would not be a problem as long as your subnet is correct. We found it took some tweaking to make work but was very flexible.

Would you be able to elaborate a bit on what you mean by tweaking?

There was some trial and error. So we had to make sure that DNS was scavenged during the process so that the names could resolve. We also tried it with and without authentication to see what worked best. We also tried a user config on a shared location but found that it worked better loading it for each user. You have to find what settings work best for your requirements.

Hi. You would need to go to the transform option shown at 7:07. This will transform the text into behaving more like a picture and allow you to resize and stretch it the way you want.

Hi, I believe that you would need to follow the video from 9:30 but then make the text fill 'no fill'. This should make the text transparent with just an outline. You can then print and cut out the text producing the result you would like.

@Strawberry7: Many thanks for your tip. In fact, I experimented using Pictures from my Picture files. I downloaded the Patterns I wanted onto my Picture files and then transferred each respective one to the filling menu you showed and demonstrated here. Then by klicking this field the pattern was sent to the already selected/marked WordArt figure. It worked like a dream. So, many thanks once more to you Srawberry 7. All the best .....
