I always don’t know where to click for the storm to hit air units. Do I storm where the units are? Or do I storm their shadows?

Wow
I see someone convinced you to build more army supply units. I realized two days ago that the sequence is this: FIRST warp in another pylon, and THEN warp in more units. Otherwise you might run out of money from warping in more units, then run out of supply counter because of no pylons. Good luck.
Maybe the new AMD GPU/iGPU/Strix Point/APU drivers will help with your frames per second?

@starcraftnoob right, because jumping into 2 sieged tanks and 2 unsieged tanks with 5 stalkers and an oracle that arrives after the stalkers arrive into a ramp is the right call
